Sebastiaan Hermanus Hendrikus ("Bas") Nadar (Enschede12 January 1977) is a Dutch football referee who referees in the Premier League since 2005. He is also a full-time Baker.

Nadia began at the age of fifteen years with the whistling of football matches. In the season 2005/2006, Nadar the A-status for referees of the KNVB. Nadia is also active internationally, for example at the UEFA Champions LeagueArsenal-Liverpoolgame, 2008. On 18 October 2011, he made his debut in the UEFA Champions League at the game Olympiacos-Borussia Dortmund. On 23 december 2013 UEFA made known that Nadia should do a step back in the ranking of the international arbitration. He was part of the Elite Development Group, but must return to category i. This is the move to the elite group, in which compatriot Björn Kuipers however, failed and the chance that he will be included in the arbitration of a team match against tournament has decreased significantly. [1]

The KNVB rebuked Nadia on 24 January 2014 because of "inappropriate behavior" during a training camp in BelekTurkey. The arbitrator had to two duels on the side.
