Jacobus Hendricus ("Henk") Rae (Nieuwer-Amstel17 november 1883 – AmsterdamOctober 15, 1959) was a Dutch player. He was three-time world three-cushion champion.

Rae learned initially in the framework game. In 1912 he became Dutch champion second class framework 45/2, one year later he repeated that performance in the first division. In 1928 he finally switched to the three bands, in which he already the year before had become Dutch champion . With success, because already in 1930, he was crowned world championin Amsterdam. He repeated this feat in 1932 (Vichy) and 1933 (Cairo). After his third world championship he retired from competitive sport back. Rae was seven times in a row between 1927 and 1933 Dutch champion in three bands.

Rae was of job diamond dealer. He died in 1959 at the age of 75. He was buried on Zorgvlied.
