Lahcen Ahansal ( Jbel Bani , 1973 ) is a Moroccan ultra runner . He enjoys particularly known for his ten victories in the Marathon des Sables , a six ultraloop the Sahara . He also once won the Swiss Alpine .
In 1997 he won for the first time, the Marathon des Sables. In the following year he was his brother Mohamad Ahansal reports that this match won in a record time of 16 hours, 22 minutes and 29 seconds.
