Yuri Levada Alexandrovich ( Russian : Юрий Александрович Левада, Joe ri Alek san drovitsj Le va da] ) ( Vinnitsa , April 24 1930 - Moscow , November 16 2006 ) was a famous Russiansociologist and political scientist .
